Only cast metal can produce Empire’s stunning details. A regal sunburst radiates from the backplate’s center, finishing in an oval array of scalloped curves. Swooping arms extend from a rose-shaped font, a motif that is elaborated in the sculpted petals of the bobeche. Pleated shades complete this imperial design.
